Title: Numerical simulation of microbial depolymerization process with experimental data

Abstract:

This study demonstrates numerical techniques for microbial depolymerization processes of xenobiotic polymers. The first part of the study introduces basics of the topic. The second part describes mathematical models and inverse problems for a time factor and a molecular factor. The third part illustrates numerical solutions of inverse problems with experimental data introduced into analysis. The fourth part shows that results of inverse analysis lead to numerical simulation of a microbial depolymerization process.
